Hello! Just wanted to comment on our wedding which we had in your hotel on 03/03/12. We had 190 people sitting down for a truly gorgeous meal! I cannot recommend the riverbank house hotel enough. The staff were so friendly and well mannered. The service was absolutely 100%. The Food was out of this world. Brilliant value for money and no compromise on quality. We got feedback from our guests who were so complimentary about the hotel and let's face it if there was a bad report we'd have most definitely have heard it! As a bride what was also important to me was that the price we were quoted was the price we paid. No hidden extras which can easily mount up with other hotels. And what helped us make our decision the choose here was of course all of the above, but importantly for us, how quickly they made us feel at ease. The day we went to look at the hotel we brought our very hyper 2 year old girl! We were dreading bringing her as any parent knows that kids love to test all boundaries when they are somewhere new. Our girl was treated like royalty with colours, paper and a kinder surprise. And we were not made feel like bad parents when she eventually did start acting the brat! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and they take everything in their stride. 5 star quality without the 5 star price tag ! Thanks for making our day so special.
