Courtown Beach (North & South)

The North beach has been a firm favourite with tourists since the turn of the century, and today is extremely popular with families, walkers, water sports and the sun seekers. The beach has a borough alongside it which contains ideal spots for picnics and lovely woodlands for walking. The beach also has a lifeguard station. Wexford Beaches

Morriscastle Strand

Morriscastle Strand beach is the longest single stretch of beach in Europe and runs for 20 kilometres stretching from Curracloe to Cahore Point in County Wexford. We have life-guards in close proximity who work for the summer months of June, July and August. It is considered a safe beach for swimming with very fine sand and beautiful dunes for the kids to enjoy.

Rosslare Strand

Rosslare Strand is located 12km south east of Wexford town and 4km North West of Rosslare Europort on the southern edge of Wexford Harbour. The beach itself is comprised of sand and stone running the length of the southern peninsula which protrudes into Wexford Harbour. The main beach is accessed by various walkways and its main access point is from the main car park. The beach is segmented by a series of timber breakwaters which are designed to retain sandy deposits along the beach.

Curracloe

Curracloe is long wide fine stretch of beach with 3 main entrances known locally as Ballinsker/White Gap/Culletons Gap running north to south, White Gap being the largest. Culletons Gap is bordered by the Raven Nature Reserve and forestry. The main forest track is fine for strollers and kids will love running and jumping off the dunes and hiding in the fern covered forest. Continue around the loop or come back by the beach, this is a great walk any time of year with plenty of shelter during the winter.
